I’m currently pursuing a Diploma in Applied Drama and Psychology at Singapore Polytechnic.
I like learning about people’s minds and thoughts, and the course seemed interesting to me. I’d like to be a psychologist, and help people with their personal issues.
Share with us something interesting you’ve learned from your studies:
I did a research paper on the effects on alcohol, and I was surprised to find out that people are generally more conservative and reserved when they’re sober, but express their genuine feelings and act more truthfully when they drink.
What’s a superpower you’d like to have?
I’d like to be able to read people’s minds, because then I could know what they’re really thinking about, and it’d come in handy with my work too.
If you could live in any TV series, what would it be?
Maybe a detective series, because I like solving crimes and the adrenaline rush from things like that.
What’s a random talent that you have?
I can chew on ice all day long—I’m not scared of the cold, and my teeth aren’t sensitive. (laughs)
