I’d be a vanilla ice cream cone. (laughs) You don’t need to be complicated to satisfy.
One thing most people don’t know about me:
I’m a softie (pun intended).
Best decision I’ve made:
To become a home baker. My favourite thing to make are macarons—I work a lot on customised designs and different-flavoured fillings. Think Pandan Gula Melaka, and Red Velvet with Swiss meringue butter instead of cream cheese!
Dream bakery:
Brown, cosy, and small, something like the bakeries in Australia. I’d name it C Patisserie.
Quote/philosophy I’m living by right now:
If you put your heart into it, you will eventually achieve it.
Something I’d like to tell my younger self:
Don’t just dream, do it.
