We have never been more envious of anyone’s bed head—Emma says she just rolled out of bed, with no product in her hair, and nothing on her face. She might be a little embarrassed, but we think her au naturel look suits her free-spirited personality just fine. Emma moved here, from Australia, just a short 7 weeks ago with her boyfriend, and currently works in an art gallery. In her spare time, she has been trying to live the local way. “I’ve had chilli crab, but I didn’t like durian,” she says. “I’ve also been to Zouk, but I wouldn’t go again—it’s crazy in there.” Emma is trained in photography, and takes a shine to documentary-style photos. Perhaps we’ll be seeing Singapore through her lens in a gallery sometime soon.
