Probably adventure novels by Jules Verne, like Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea or Journey to the Center of the Earth.

Chicken rice—good old Singaporean fast food.
What mythical creature do you wish actually existed?
Maybe Cerberus (a multi-headed dog that guards the gates of the Underworld to prevent the dead from leaving), but that would mean that the realm of Hades exists.
What’s the craziest conversation you’ve overheard?
Just the other day, I overheard a woman saying to her friend, “I’m not incompetent, I’m just a slow learner”. Wild stuff.
