How would you describe your fashion sense?
I like to colour-coordinate my outfits, so what I usually do is decide on one colour, and match my pieces with it. My go-to colours are black, green, and dark blue.
What’s a fashion trend you’re into these days?
Hoop earrings, definitely. Oversized sunglasses too. It’s my default look when I don’t want to put on makeup, so I own a lot of pairs.
What’s a piece of advice you’d give your younger self?
Invest in more sneakers, rather than heels. I stopped wearing heels when I started working out regularly, because I work out five times a week.
Do you have any uncommon hobbies?
I go wake-boarding regularly. I like water sports, but we don’t get to do much of that here, so I usually head out of the country. In fact, I’m going to Batam soon for a wake-boarding outing.
What’s a memorable trip you’ve had?
When I went to Hamburg in Germany—I was working there for a while, and it was a melting pot which felt similar to London. I worked at a food startup, where the idea basically was Tinder, but for food, and it helped me discover different food and cultures.
Favourite thing about Singapore:
The food, definitely; I’m a big foodie. My favourite thing to eat, off the top of my head, would be chicken rice, but my favourite comfort food is chocolate ice-cream.
