How long have you been in Singapore?
Six years. It’s very hot here, but Singapore’s less stressful than back in Japan, where I’m from. One thing I miss the most is my family who’s back home.
Tell us something interesting about yourself.
I don’t like to follow trends and prefer to express myself through my personal style. I like to stand out from the crowd.
How would you describe your style?
Harem pants are my wardrobe essential at the moment. I wear them a lot to combat the hot weather, and also because I bought a lot of them! I love straw hats as well.
What do you like to do during your free time?
I do triathlons, and I like to run and swim. My most memorable experience was a day-long marathon that I did in Hong Kong.
What are some other places you’ve been to?
I’ve travelled to Vietnam, Barcelona, and Geneva, where I studied Hospitality Business for five years. Hopefully I’ll stay in Singapore for long.
