Serving up his own unique brand of sartorial flair, Carlos inspires in this deftly curated attire. An amalgamation of print and texture, his skinny stripped jumper complements the ink-dyed effect of his button-up shirt perfectly while his liberty-print oxfords are a charming contrast to the larger checks of his socks. A great illustration of how clashing prints can be achieved, Carlos enjoys what he calls “character dressing” and for him – it’s usually a war-time boy like in The Pianist or The Empire of The Sun. He counts local designer Kelly Limerick as his favourite and is fascinated by the myriad of characters she inhabits when dressing. His crimson cat hat is a creation by her which he wears everywhere.
